Your next step is usually based on video or eLearning training sessions.
Companies today try to streamline the learning process by putting all new hires through either video training sessions or self-paced eLearning modules. While you may be sitting at your regular workstation or in a classroom, you can expect that this on-the-job training will be intense. Make sure that you get plenty of rest and that you bring your lunch during this time because you will be expected to get it completed in a timely fashion. The next leg of your training is often the most exciting part for new employees.
